Default My new dyno numbers inside....

Since I decided my TR224/114 cam is staying for track days at Road Atlanta, I had it retuned to see if I could pick up some TQ across the rpm band. The tuner I used knows her **** and I picked up 28 TQ and 23 HP. I thought I would post the graph so you guys can see why I can't wait till I get back to Atlanta.

Those are great numbers! although they look a bit inflated for that size cam, do you have an SAE graph?

nice graph! I got 382rwhp on the same cam, cam only. I see you are running the TEA heads and ported intake, what headers are you using?

Actually guys, I am running Absoute Speed stg. 2 5.3 heads. Jay went out of business over a year ago, but his heads still are some of the best out there. He also port matched the intake and cnc ported the tb bigger and added a new tb plate.

I am running TTS longtubes with there catted y, but I gutted the cats and inserted a 2.5" pipe through them to help flow and reduce turbulance.

Don't have an SAE graph, but I was at 409(SAE) before the gutted cats, lighter clutch, and a very good tune, so I expected about the gain I got. TTS cats are some of the most restricted cats around. My first pull on the dyno netted me 417 with no tunning. From there, it only got much better when we added timing and messed with the fuel curves.

I did notice that he had heads along with the cam but for that size cam I've not seen Cars Dyno that high, Most are in the range of 410rwhp-420rwhp. with bigger cams between 430-450rwhp na but that seems to be the upper limit wihtout getting into the engine. I'm not knocking it those are great numbers just not the norm. We know some cars repond to mods better than others (specially with GM's buid tolerances).
