kind of a stupid question but I've always wanted to ask it. on those 4 door race cars, do the back doors actually open or are they sealed shut?

You know, I've never actually seen one open, but I'm going to guess that they do because there is electronics and plumbing back there.

Ok. I will in March. Right now the car is in beautiful Sebring and I am in cold Michigan.

Are those Speedline wheels?? If I ever have the street version of one of those monsters, that is the wheel I want (and the first thing I'd do to it). Yes, I know gold is cheap, pound for pound, compared to those hoops!!!

The answer is...yes they do...

At least they do on 4 door rally cars...

Looks good btw. Is caddy behind the next gen CTS-V to go racing as well?

Yup they do open. I saw them working back there a couple years ago when I was on LG's crew in Portland.

Not sure if those are speedlines or not, but they are similar to the 7 spoke stock wheels on the CTS-V:

That's one of the reasons I like them, they are NOT blingy/pimp/"Unique Whip" crack dealer "rims". The color is cool, I'm sure they are stronger/lighter than stock (even given the size), and they are 6 bolt. The width/offset/tire needed would probably demand fender flares though.
