Sway Bar adjustment help race in 10 hours Ok i have a GC adjustable frt sway bar off and E36M3. i know dont ask. My question is how do i adjust it. I can slide the sway bay and have a end link to use as well to adjust it. if i move the end link up or down what am i doing. 
any help would be great. it on and all the brackets are in place. i got it used and cannot find any info on adjusting. thanks
