camaro ss 98 (stock) vs ws6 2000 (stock)
which one of these car is faster.
both of the car has manual transmission.
against each other which car will win the race.

Well, since they have the exact same engine, transmission, wheels, springs, shocks, and everything else, it will come down to the drivers more than anything, but tires will make a big difference as well.

Note: I realize there were optional springs from SLP for the SS, but they still aren't nearly stiff enough to make a big difference. Driver and tires mean WAY more than that.

I agree. Any minor difference in weight, HP, or spring rate would be drastically overshadowed by tires and driver ability.
