chicagoland roadcourse?! i live in the western suburbs of chicago and i have been looking on the web for a road course to go to and i cant come up with any thing. im dying to get my car out on the track so does anyone know of any courses i could go to and the website so i can find out some open track days? any help is much a appreciated!

I can't tell you where each of these tracks are around chicago, but look up Blackhawk and Autobahn (sp?) country club. Both of these tracks are relatively near Chicago. There's a new track getting built within an hour or so of Chicago (actually in NW Indiana) called Pilgrim's Run if I remember correctly. I think that track is supposed to open late summer early fall next year if all goes well. Look up myautoevents.com and do a search or go to NASA and you should be able to find dates for HPDE's in your area. I'm not sure if they have the 2008 schedule out yet.
