So the run down of parts for future reference.

2004 5.3L. 862 heads.
Ls1intake manifold. Stock TB
216/220 TF cam
ebay headstuds.
Ls2 timing chain
5.3 headgaskets

On3 88mm turbo
3inch intercooler and piping
godspeed 60mm wastegate

2.25ID hotside. T4
3inch downpipe out the fender

80lb siemen injectors
aeromotive regulator with return
ebay fuel rails
aem bosch 044 style pumps X2
1/2 feed
3/8 return
12gal fuel cell.

Th400 fresh rebuild
REVMAX 3600 stall
41.25 inch steel driveshaft with 1350 ujoints

8.8 rearend
3.15 gears
mazda stock diff mounts welded on the 8.8

26x10.5x15 et streets
15x8 4.5 BS summit wheels

Microsquirt plug and play harness with 3 bar map sensor.

Did you mask it off at all or just peel the plasti-dip in the places you didnt want covered?

The only thing I could see being an issue is the 3" downpipe, since your exhaust wheel is 3.25" it could end up being a choke point.

The downpipe is like 3 feet long. Lol. Well see if it becomes a restriction

What's the story on the rear wheels? Gloss plasti dipped, powdercoated or painted?

Took it for a ride around the block.
Cant get the computer to connect to the ecu so i just ordered another conector from efi life.








Oil return flange made by my friend.

I had the same problem the other day. Serial to USB adapters are awful.

Got it to connect.
I have the rpm jumping around from 2k to 1500rpm anyone know where to start to fix this idle issue?

do you have the addon to control the iac valve if not that needs to be plugged up/ epoxied shut

I believe you can take the idle valve apart and unscrew the plunger all the way. Then put it back together and it should stay that way as long as you don't have any power to it. Maybe stack washers up on the shaft so It can't retract again under boost.

TB set screw backed out enough to keep the TB closed?

The idle valve is there but not connected, would it still cause an issue even though its not connected?

And yea, tb is all the way closed

Sounds like it's hunting for idle and can't control it. Plug iac in and see what it does. I believe off/unplugged position is wide open which may explain.

im running microsquirt plug and play ecu. it doesnt use the iac
