My s10 has a 5.3 bored to 3.903 bore stock crank deka 60 injectors forged -3cc wise co pistons eagle h beam rods arp bolts everywhere studded main caps and heads 853 ls1 heads 232/235 621/617 115 cam motor made about 440hp with no boost got wastegate working on 10lbs and only made it 515 hp he stopped there and said I needed bigger injectors and or water meth kit I'm changing cams to a stage 3 Brian Tooley turbo cam but not dead set on it bought alky control progressive meth kit dual nozzle setup any clue what I did wrong I really thought I'd see 600 th400 3600 stall 3.27 gear 28" tire
Idk but first issue is taking it to rpm. I know a guy that took his truck there on a trailer with brand new engine needing a tune. They called him the next week saying his engine was blown. Nuff said

Holy **** they had good reviews online I didn't see any negative feedback thanks for the info maybe I'll try someone else in n.c why do so many north Carolina tuners seem to suck at tuning these motors
Drop them 853 for a set of 317 heads, get some injectors/fuel pump, a 88 is not effiecent at 10 psi, it would make more power on a 76 mm at that boost level, your giving up tq/ and spool time with the 88 and not making the hp becauee your not in the 20lb range where the turbo needs to be to put down power

The goal was to be in the 17-20 psi range but we didn't make it that far tuning on the dyno. I've seen 60# injectors do about 650-700 hp before and I know mine needs to be bigger but I thought 515 was kinda low for needing them already when the motor makes over 4 by itself boost is less than 100hp at this point but 317 heads are definitely going on
60 should get you past low 500 unless your feed line to small or fuel pump running low voltage and not keeping up with the pressure, my car made 465whp on a walbro 255 and 42lb injectors

Stealth 340 in tank pump 8an feed line 3/8 return line upgraded the fuel pump wiring from the actual plug on the pump straight up to the battery and relay with very heavy gauge wide but it wasn't till after the dyno runs so you could be right on the voltage idea because my pump had started shutting off there was a a wire that burnt or overheated in the top of my pump bulkhead so I did away with all that so maybe the pump will carry it a little further

If you used the hose that came with the pump in the tank you may want to check that. I know of 2 different vehicles that used these pumps and used the fuel line supplied with the pump and they split or blew holes in them. Go to NAPA and get submersible high pressure fuel hose made by Gates. This is the only manufacturer that claims their hose to be submersible in fuel. It's about $25 a foot and comes in pre cut 1' sections.
I would say you need to log injector duty cycle and monitor your fuel pump pressure and voltage. I took my truck to RPM with zero issues...I got my start up tune from them, Chris adjusted my tune as I sent him data logs to get it running good enough to drive it to them. Once there we did 19 pulls on the dyno dialing everything in then drove around town tweaking drive-ability stuff, then I drove an hour home. I am running a lonnies performance dual 255 set up with -8 feed, -6 return, 80lb injectors, and an aeromotive boost referenced FPR. AES 390, twin 6266 (15PSI), 4l80E, 9"
Not yet hopefully soon I really don't want to make big changes to the setup I have unless it just won't work I wanna see what I can push out of this little motor and cheap turbo i do love my meth kit tho it was easy to install and directions worked good I used a washer fluid tank out of an eclipse spider huge and had the sensor and pump built Into the bottom it bolted straight to the frame and my pump tucked nicely under it just the neck sticks up out of the bed to refill it but I want to stick with r.p.m they have a good rep around here plus they started the tune so it should be easy to 're look at it even tho I did get a s475 dropped into my lap if I only wanted to run a t6 turbo
like everyone else has said, you need more fuel. The tuner most likely didn't want to hurt the motor so he more or less didn't add too much timing (if any). The 60's will be maxed quickly and if you're on corn it will get maxed even quicker. Denmah has shown the 80 dekkas will get maxed around 650 rwhp on an unlocked auto, on pump gas they are good to 800-850rwhp, again on pump gas. I also agree the 317's are a quick and cheap swap to help with flow but you'll need new gaskets (ls9 gaskets if I can make a recommendation). also like others have said, the 88 isn't efficient enough at 10 pounds, they really seem to get going at 14+ pounds (not my data just other people's dyno sheets I have followed)

My plan with the small 88mm on3 I have is to hopefully push it pretty far I have no set number I'm shooting for just wherever the turbo and fuel aren't making anymore power or the methanol isn't safe after a certain point wether that's 600 or 1000 but I definitely am getting new injectors and the 317 heads are going on now with the ls9 gaskets and if needed I'll add another fuel pump I hope the 340lph can get me close to 700 but if not ill replace it if the tuner thinks the motor can keep making power with the setup I have
My car is a stock 5.3 little John custom cam, 80lb dekas, t56, twin racetronic pumps and a on 3 88, made 734 on 22lbs with high iat from small intercooler and the injectiors are maxed at 113%
Just for another comparison my car went from 385 with a locked 4l60 to 340(even after adding a fast intake and the tuner giving it more fuel it needed)with a th400.
Truck weighs 3100 with me before methanol tank and all was added but I'm trying to see about 5.90 in the 1/8 on my street driven truck just a girl I see for myself the truck is all the way back together new cam now and hopefully with a tune tweak I can get it close I do believe I had far worse suspension problems then thought with my front tires 1 inch off the ground I can move my Springs up and down by hand I had no idea they were cut or heated so much
