The wiring diagram isn't wrong. If you used the the one in the link it's for 06 and prior

For 07 I have, FYI you can set those codes to no error reported or no dtc set and you will never have the issue again I'll see if I can dig up the 07 diagram.

So im stilling getting engine power reduced when I go to the floor and release. With the new wiring setup, the throttle position now matches the the desired position, just not sure whats setting off the code. P1516 and P2101, if i remove the codes from the diagnostics, it still goes into engine pwr reduced, and I have to clear codes that arent being read by hpt.

Etc area scaler been adjusted ? Are you still using your factory map sensor?

Also are you still tuning with the narrowband

factory map and etc scalar readjusted, its only doing it when you go WOT and release. Heres freeze frame data from w hen it triggered the codes.

For all intents and purposes, it seems like the throttle isnt snapping back fast enough or binding on the way back, so the desired position is different from the actual. I also found this data for the LS2 throttle bodies, but I would need LS3 pinouts to verify that its using the right TPS voltage range as the two seem to be opposite each other on the 8 pin setup.

Do you have this LS3 tb on your car? Im curious what your min/max voltage is.

I was gonna say I had that issue when I first got my ls2 tb on. Turns out the blade had a very minimal catch on the bottom of the bore. I used some 1000grit by hand on the spot in the bore and never had a issue. I am using the ls3 now and never had a issue .

Exact same codes till I disabled them. Then tore it apart and found that I had a slight bind. Pretty much as you described , that was with the ls2 I had. After I cleaned the bore a little which I just attribute to manufacturer tolerance a little to far out of spec, I never had a issue afterwards and re enable the codes with no issue. I tested the ls3 once I got it to make sure as well and zero issues in the time I've had it. Guess it's luck of the draw.

As long as the LS2 and LS3 function with the E67 ecu and with the same pinout, thats where I am at, its a physical malfunction. I got another gold blade tb on the way, ill check this one out tonight and see if its binding, If i cant find a solution with either one, i may revert back to a LS2 silver blade instead. Although at a much higher cost for some reason.

Well remember you and I have different pinouts, which is why I posted the diagram earlier.

Right, I did go back and rewire it again this morning and the throttle position and desired throttle position in HPT now match up correctly. However I do not have a TN colored wire at PIN C on my oem connector, i ahve RD/BLK. However I followed the same pinout setup and ignored the colors. I think that if it was wired improperly it wouldnt even drive at part throttle.
