A ls6 in a fcar should have no issues with a bolt on 5br0. Especially a cammed one.

That's because all that artificial torque will twist the chassis coming off the line. That will make the Camero dog track and slow it down.

Has the ls3 c6 or l99/ls3 5g been 8's in the 1/4 on a stock motor like the s197 coyote has?

Fastest time for a "stock displacement FI l99 A6 SS" was 9.653@142.37 on camaro5's fast list. Mods are "supercharger/whipple, cam, LT, converter, and slicks." Fastest LS3 was, 9.820@139.24. Mod were "supercharger/YSI, cam, LT, meth, tune, 16" skinnys, and slicks." As far as records goes, who knows. Probably lying about mods anyway.

Either way I'm super impressed by the 9.6 with a PD blower on a fat gen. I've never been impressed with LS cars with PD blowers that didn't come from the factory with one.
