Also, I jacked the car up and let it run until it got to about 220/230 and shut it off and it didnt burp the coolant level is the same, and my TOP radiator house isnt warming up its staying very cool.

Wait for it to cool down, then take the upper radiator hose off the radiator side and fill it up with coolant, then put it back on the radiator. Then go for a drive to get the coolant moving around. Then let it cool down, and check the level again.
As for the degas tank setup, the ball shaped tank on my car is from a 1999-2004 VW GTI 1.8T. The tank in that last pic is from a 1998 Ford Taurus. There's all sorts of degas tanks out there, you just have to find one that fits your application. If you end up going that route, feel free to message me with any questions you have.

Turn the heat on . You probably need a 4 way mixer valve . The coolant needs to flow behind thermostat to operate properly. Jack car up in front, turn heat on and run with cap off while squeezing rad hoses . Another way is to use a no spill funnel 30$ Amazon

My heater doesnt work. No air comes out..
