Default do i need front strut bearing plate insulator and mount assembly?

gonna be doing front suspension,
can someone give me a heads up on

$5 each, moog K6573 strut bearing plate insulator, do i need it?

~$50 each for strut mount, moog K6516/K6517 for left/right. do i need it?
and this says bearing not included, what is the bearing and do i need that?

thinking of doing umi viking coil overs, would not be doing the one with the rod bearing I prefer the stock mount for NVH.

i see on rockauto there's also "coil spring insulator" and "coil spring seat".
would i need either of these?
thanks.

If you're doing the coil over setup from UMI, it gets rid of both items in favor of a single solid mount.

I always recommend doing the small inner insulator plates (K6573). They are cheap insurance and usually the more likely to be bad. I have seen low mileage cars have them worn our or covered in rust from trapped moisture on the shock stud.

As for the whole mount (K6516/K6517), they are hit and miss. Usually they are ok to re-use, but I would still inspect yours for cracks or chunking
