Your logic is flawed because you are only thinking in straight line with the GT350. A GT that is quicker in the 1/4 mile is no issue because the GT350 will kill it on a road course, which is the whole concept of the GT350 in the first place. We all know gearing is the issue with the GT350s in a straight line. We have already seen what one can do to a 6gen from a roll.
It don't really seem to do much to a 6gen from a roll. You have said you think a m6 6gen is stronger from a roll......likely because you ran a m6 6gen so you want to believe this. Sofar we have only seen the a8 vs the gt350 on digs and rolls. The roll was damn close......the dig not at all. So if a m6 6gen is stronger on the roll than the a8 like YOU say.......then a gt350 and a m6 6gen woukd likely be a dead heat.

Poppa has only said M6 6G is better on a roll due to their advantages past 100mph in comparison to the A8

So even marc agrees it would be a drivers race with a m6 sexgen vs a gt350.
Cause i mean lets face it.......if you guys clain the m6 is faster than the a8 after 100 the gt350 from the vids was getting all it wanted from a a8 car in the roll.

As you can see if anything the m6 sexgen seems to give the gt350 all it wants. Most of us don't race till 170. So anything below that is likely a dead heat.
they have trapped much higher. he is strict on not posting times unless the slips are posted in the thread just as he wants. you can find them in the thread just not on the list. and I believe car and driver trapped 118 mph with their manual in their long term follow up. They said it got stronger with mileage. ive also seen other higher traps elsewhere on the net not on c6.
but yes on average the a8 traps higher. it is the quicker car to 100-120. even GM rated the a8 with a higher trap.

If the GT350 were to continue, there is no reason to believe they could not make a small bump in power to 540-550.. place the Mach 1 at 500ish, and GT at 475range.

your car is faster now. so not really the same. but yeah that would be cool.
in a long roll I think the 6 would prevail. and only with a very good driver. but its not really a theory to think the a8 would be stronger in a low roll up to 100-120. just common sense really. too many things make it obvious imo.

If you look at the current fast lists, his car at our local 1/8th mile in 1500ft DA ran 8.09@90.7mph. That puts him right in the top 3-5 cars on the 1/4 mile fast list.. his trap in 1500da puts him in the top 3 range. So his car ran strong.

Ive been talking about trap in regards to a8 vs m6 this whole time. You ignored it until now. Wow br0
On stock wheels tires you have not been as fast as stock a8s stock tires. drag pack you have not been as fast as stock w/ drag pack a8. Of which only 1 has run in negative da. Rest have been ~3000. Would be close. But you have more mods now...
