Default drag link hitting oil pan

I am doing a belair same year with a LS 6, with the engine in the stock location, the drag link is hitting the oil pan when the wheels are turned all the way, either way, do you have the same issue and if you did how did you resolve the issue, thks

I raised my engine and I guess in doing so, it made it so that I do not have any clearance issue with the steering. I suppose if you are having trouble with it, you could get those adjustable swap plates from Dirty Dingo (or another company that makes them), and you can push your motor back a little more. You will just need to push the transmission crossmember back to match.

I am basically in central MD, 15 mins south of Baltimore

I made a plastic shape of what I wanted them to look like and then I made a two part mold of the part. Then I cast in clear plastic with some red dye added to it. It was a very complicated and difficult process. Most people who do it just use flat plastic tinted red

I didn't have to do anything to the trans tunnel except massage a corner with a hammer for clearance on one spot. It might not have even been necessary but I wanted to be sure before I put everything together.

I saw the pics of Facebook and had to check the build thread!! Amazing job. I'd say it was so worth it and I think this would embarrass some cars at SEMA.
