You claim to beat car "B" all the time with your car "A".
Someone with car "B" says no way, because they have beat car "A" plenty of times with car "B".
Your rebuttal is that the only possible explanation is that they raced poor drivers/setups.
Why is that the case with their races but not possible with your races? They could, in turn, say you only won because you raced bad drivers and/or setups. LMAO

The one thing that I have gathered from the conversation of what is considered a "Bolt-On" and what is not is that the word and meaning of the term "Bolt-On" is in itself skewed and evasive. Trying to classify a modification into an already vague expression is what the problem is. Throw away that word Bolt-on since it pointless and non descriptive.
