Progess has slowed a bit, (busy at work) but just got my engine harness and ecu back from a guy that customizes a stand alone - he did a great job, not sure if you can see the details in the pic, but I highly recommend him, his link on ebay is http://www.ebay.com/itm/252448487636...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
I know it’s been over 5 years since the last post on this and the FB link does t seem to be working, but I am curious as to what happened to this project if anyone knows.
Lots a time, energy and effort up to that point. Hope the build didn't stall out. I have one of these and am starting the build. Was looking forward to seeing this one complete.

Agreed! How far are you on the build? I’m definitely looking for any info/experience you might have. I did some research and it looks like track width and wheel base are pretty close to the Buick.
that guy made his last post above yours and hasn't been here since.
Understood on the timeline, hence my acknowledging that. I have quite never understood the need to respond like this to threads, and sometimes people have notifications on for threads they started. It is a shot in the dark, but at the same time someone posting after you is starting the work on their conversion on the same type of car, so who knows. Maybe, while we work on our respective cars, we can be of assistance to each other. Just a thought, but what do I know…
I get ya man, no worries. In the many years I've been on forums, especially ones that use this specific forum software, I've noticed a lot of people don't really know how to see when a person's last visit to the forum was.
In this case, the only reason I did respond is that after I looked, his last visit here corresponded to that last post above. I've responded to many myself, trying to find out if there's any more info to be gleamed from a person's build that seems to have drifted off into the ether.
Following people's build threads is one of my absolute favorite parts about this place, so hopefully this guy comes back with pictures of his finished project and lets us in on how it went.

Still collecting parts while finishing up another project. Plan is a G-body front suspension/clip and 67-72 Chevy C10 trailing arms in the rear. Probably do an LM7 unless an L33 or LC9 pops up cheap. PM me if you have an questions. Glad to help when I can.
