LS6 powered 1978 trans am restomod!!
Hi guys. This is my father's dream car, he and I have been working our asses of replacing floor pans, fire wall parts, trunk pans etc.
So the setup...
the car is getting a forged 5.3, internals are currently being balanced at machine shop. Being mated to twin 58s for the street, will like to keep it at around 700hp, I know I don't need to be forged but I'd like to be semi reliable lol
will be mated to a t56 magnum
rear end is getting 4 linked and coil overs on all four corners and tubular a arms.
brakes will be a big brake kit from wilwood on all four corners.
Current stage:
how I got the car
this is just the beginning of the build, I've owned the car for a week, and it dosent look like a car anymore lol. I'm going to try to post what I get done every day, I'd like for you guys to give me your opinions and what you guys think / recommendactions on exterior/interior designs.
thanks

very nice! I'm about to start the ls swap on my 71 as well, boost is in the plans also. good luck with your build! I'm envious of the big brake kit, I need that setup! I think your car would look killer with a set of 17 or 18' snowflake replicas. and as for interior I'm a fan on modern seats.
