I went to multiple places, and no one had a 1/4" to 5/16" barb fitting. I bought a 1/4" to 1/4" barb fitting and a 5/16" to 5/16" barb fitting. I'm just going to have to make one of them work.
I just bought a new piece of hose and went from the radiator to the vent tube. It was just a little loose on the vent. Just tightened up pretty good on it with a hose clamp. No leaks at all.

Didn't even think about that. If this doesn't work, I'll just do that.
Anyone else have problems viewing this thread? It is showing that rise of the Phoenix was the last to post in here. But it still shows my post as the last one on my screen.
Any advice on what to use to help seal the IAT sensor in the air lid? The FTP 98mm lid did not come pre-drilled for the IAT sensor. I do not have the grommet thing from my old SLP lid.
Also, I'm going to try and re-use my 4"x6" silicone tube that I got from intake.hoses.com, but would something like this work better since it's got a 22 degree bend?
Or something like this: This one is 4"x7" and it says it can be used to go from your lid and can be bent slightly for a better fit.

I run this hose. It's almost perfect. slightly grease the ID of the throttle end to help it stretch over the TB flange.
I used a grommet, but IDK which one any more. I also run a volant intake, so the IAT is pre-filter vs the stock style lid, which the IAT will be post-filter.

I bought the second one...In theory I thought it might help with sucking shut and fit better being it can flex in the middle.
This picture here shows the IAC to be underneath the ram-air box. Again, is any splicing required? Not sure it would reach without extending the harness.
So on the part of the TB where the cable connects to, there are two holes. Which one do I need to put the throttle cable through? And I assume I'll have to tap it into the hole because it's really tight.
