Need Help identifying American Racing Torque Thrust 2 wheel size
These are the wheels and tires that came on the car when I bought it.
The rear has 275/40/17 Falken tires and the lip of the rim sticks out past the tire, and also looks like the contact patch is not as wide as the rim, almost like it's stretching to fit the wheel.
I know you need to take the tire off the wheel to measure properly, but I put a tape against the outside of the inner lip to the outside of the outer lip and it reads about 11 3/4- 12"
Are these 11" Torque Thrust 2 wheels?
Can I fit 315/35/17 or 295/45/17 tires on these wheels?
Also my front wheels measure about 10 1/2" or so. Are these 9.5 inch wheels? They have 245/45/17 tires on them and they are not quite closing the lip either, but don't look near as bad as the rear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need new tires for the rear and need to buy a front wheel because it's damaged and leaking air. Thanks.

Generally speaking, the beads, which aren't counted when measuring the rim width, are 1/2" in width. Therefore, if you're measuring the wheel "outside to outside", subtract 1" for the beads (1/2" on both the front and back), and that's your rim width.
So, if you're measuring roughly 12", outside to outside, you most likely have an 11" rim.

I have 275/40/17 in the rear and you can see that another 10mm is going to go no where close to closing that wheel gap. The tire looks like it's stretched on the wheel.
I can't quite tell if they are one piece or two piece. AR said there's a very small gap on the inside of the wheel where they connect but I can't tell for sure.

*Note...my drivers side front wheel is curb damaged beyond repair and I need a new one.
I pulled the wheel off the front and there is a welding bead on the inside. I'm assuming this is a 2 piece wheel. However this 17×9.5 2 piece wheel is $340 at several places!!!
The part number on the inside is ARE-505 and I can't find that number anywhere unless they changed it to VN505, which are crazy expensive.
You can buy 2) brand new torque thrust 2s. 17×9.5 for $315
So If one wheel is truly that much, what is the proper backspacing I need for 2) 17x9.5 wheels up front?
Or can I just buy a 1 piece wheel and will it match up to the 2 piece?

Those are 1 piece wheels. I have 2 piece wheels all the way around. Those wheels have a 7.06 backspacing. Is that the proper backspacing?
*I called American racing and they said i could use a 1 piece as long as the backspacing was the same as my 2 pieces.
