A lot of things got pushed back one month due to the growth occurring at ProCharger. Prices that were to have gone up on kits aren't going up until March 31st. Thanks. Bob

I'm ready to see the price on the D1X and some testing. If it's as efficient as the F1A-94 and F1X I could see it making more than it's rated for. Color me intrigued. I'm thinking about finally building mine and don't know if I want to stick with the D1SC, get a D1X, or do a F1A-94.

I would add the regular F1A to that list. I saw a dyno chart somewhere on here comparing the F1A to the F1A-94. The F1A-94 lost a bunch of torque below 5700. Seems like keeping the torque down low would be more fun for a street car.

A back to back D1SC vs D1X dyno comparison would be very very cool!!

F1A94 for sure here. there are guys making insane power on this, like 1,300whp and I've been told by multiple people it will have better IATs and lower parasitic drag than f1a or d1c or any of the older prochargers since such better technology. if upgrading blowers i can't see going through the cost for d1x to just pick up maybe 75hp at best.

if bob or someone wants to sponsor me a d1x I'll do a back to back comparison in controlled test!

the other reason for f194 is i bet it is the only procharger short of f1x which will rev to 7500 or higher, cleanly on a bigger higher flowing built LS motor so in the c5 vette that means with a bigger rear tire you could pull 4th gear possibly all the way in a 1/2 mile event and save that horrific 5th gear shift and bog and be considerably faster.

my d1 falls on its face at 5900rpm and 5th gear is a major buzz kill. If I could avoid that 5th gear shift and rev to 7600rpm in just 4th gear for a second there at the end I bet i'd easily trap 5mph faster. the rest of my motor would easily do it but d1sc limits it

my motor is 427ci but I have yet to see anything bigger than 376ci pull cleanly over 6200rpm with a D1. back when i had 402ci ls2 strokers with the D1 it still would not keep pulling higher on the dyno above ~6krpm, just runs out of steam.

looks like about 7% more flow/power for the D1x

Thanks for sharing. Most people upgrade to the F series before they max out the D1 on a larger CI motor. I still have about 10,000 RPM left in my D1 so I've been wondering how far it will go on my 383ci when I pulley her to the max.

Should make some good power still. I'm spinning mine around 59k currently.
