Did I crossover to the dark side? (Square port **** inside)
So I did a thing. Since the aftermarket has turned its head on ol faithful cathedrals, this happened:
LME CNC'd Mast Black Label 305 LS7 heads. Titanium intake valves, with inconel exhaust valves. Seriously these things are beautiful. Hope they work as well as they look.
And Speedtiger hooked me up with a 8260 core LLSR. 268/290 .783/.801 on a 117+5.
Well I needed something to control all that lift and what not. So along came some stainless steel crower shaft mounts.
And to top it all off, a nice CID ls7 intake with a two stage Induction Solutions fogger.
Now that's how you get the most out of that combination lift with air & flow and a side of rpm you got it Now9's on motor. More rpm and weight loss = 8's on motor. Looking good.

Car should weigh around 3200 with me in it. Only things left to really do would be carbon fiber roof and optic armor. Most everything on the new car is chromoly. Not too worried about what it runs on motor. Nitrous convertor is pretty tight lol. Might need loosened up some for this combo. We'll see. PTC isn't that far of a drive to get it done.
Cathedrals ARE THEE setup for strong low-end torque, but when higher (REALLY higher) HP levels are called for, rectangles to the rescue!
But yeah, best all-around street heads are cathedrals, in my book.
Can't wait to see some serious numbers outta the new setup!
Yes. They have been. They offered to do my TFS when I had the short block built a few years back. And they did do my buddies TFS 245's when he had them build his engine.

That's good to know. The last time I was over there, they were still putting the engine dyno together.
