Yea I think most builds have been covered.... I may come up with a topic for discussion killing time in the Epic Flood. There's only so many ways you can build a Ls or even a newer LT. Different Bore and stroke combinations with different head & intakes All have been proven.

Forums often slow over the summer. FB is killing it to but I find this place a better platform for the exchange of information and an archive of information

Yeah, I bet the mod wasn't too amused with a rampant lush run amok...

The impression I get from peppermint patty is that he knows some things... but in the same way a boxing enthusiast thinks he can box because he watches Floyd mayweather fight.

Yeah, that's the impression I got too. Problem was when he comes up against someone who has a different opinion AND backs it up with MORE knowledge. THEN decides to tie one on... a BIG one.

Good luck on the build. I've recently ditched my FRH cathedral Trickflows for square ports and CID intake too. Interested to see what kind of power our builds will have. Mine will have less cubes/less compression on pump gas.

I'm assuming you went with medium bore ls7's? What castings? Sticking with the ol 408? Good luck on the build! I honestly don't know if I'll even put mine on the dyno. The powerglide showed such a loss on my old setup that I don't want my feelings hurt lmao. And it will never have a NA convertor so I'll never know the true potentional of it on motor at the track.
