Congrats on the killer run and records. Your intakes looks top notch! We have a hogan with inter-cooler built in, I wont post the price we paid but lets just says your intakes are a great deal! For those that dont race the mile we went 218.9 at 20 psi maxing out our blower and fuel system the last 1/4 mile. It takes some serious hp, and alot of hard work to run the mph you ran and just to run a mile WOT pass after pass and not tear stuff up. Congratulations again.

Finally got a overlay dyno chart out of my customer Roho Snyper (his facebook name)

Blue line is the holley hi ram on his procharger f1x blower and race air to air intercooler
They approached me to build them a custom air water because they were seeing 200F at the end of the quarter mile.

With my intake they stay at ambient with water only (1.5 gallon total water system), with killer chiller on 15 below ambient.

Tune is nitrous tune but running boost only so rich and no timing in it.

The only real thing to take from the graphs...is the lines on all runs are all over the place.

Power, torque, AFR's ( if that's what the bottom graph is ). And the blue line looks to have slippage of some sort around 6k ?

Sooo kinda a weird graph. I like the product still but I don’t see how much this dyno sheet helps. A bad tune isn’t going to be helpful (no timing fat fuel). Did he not make changes to the tune between pulls? Things making 1k+ hp with no timing and too much fuel. Did he really make a pull change his intake and make 3 more on that set up and not try to work on the tune?

If this dude didn’t change anything and decided to make back to back pulls with a poor tune the only thing I see is after the swap it def leans out a bit which will make more power. So if he didn’t change anything than the intake is less restrictive and flowing well. Justbm thoughts.

I'm just relaying what the customer told me.

I know that he has a nitrous tune that is rich and low timing because he also has a 100 shot of no2 he runs at the track.

Oh I get it. I’m just surprised as I don’t get why you’d run a car that nice and not tune it lol

Would be nice to know what the other 3 lines are, if its just post intake pulls, but either way it shows good gains basically starting at 3300 rpms considering the Y axis is in 200hp increments . Thanks for posting the info!

Certainly not an apples to apples comparison going from a Holley with an A/A IC and 200* IATs to your intake with an A/W and 100+* IAT drop, but it is a comparison, and that makes it a good start.

It does at least prove the A/W intercooler option is a viable solution to high intake temps.

Actually it is a pretty good compare...

The A2A is ONLY seeing 200F at the end of the quarter. This is a quick dyno pull with temps going 20-30 f over ambient.

Also the A2W intake manifold is staying at ambient on water only

wow, those power under the curve gains are crazy. looking forward to a more apples/apples comparison from a intake swap only.

Just seeing if it's possible, answer, yes!

Managed to squeeze down a ltx race intercooled (usually about 14" tall) to a tiny 8.5" tall which will fit under a oem gen 6 ss hood and support over 1500whp AND have a full 5.5" runner length!
Pie cut runners to make it happen but where there is a will, there is a way

That's pretty badass, I'm sure the fact that it's an intercooled intake that fits under the factory hood will really help with sales. While I don't think I'd benifit running one of your intakes at my power level I'd love to just for the bling factor. I might have to stop by the shop someday, I met your wife at the Nissan dealer she was showing me pics of the intakes and your 6th gen camaro.

Do you make a similar intake for the LS? I was thinking about a a2w intercooler built into the intake with a configuration similar to a blower. The air would enter low and then exit up and around through the intercooler core, then down into the cylinder heads. This would allow for much longer runners.
