for consideration
depending on the condition of your car, anyone here tried spray cans or foam rollers and a quart of Rust Oleum to paint their car?
i have done 5 cars with Montana cans graffiti artist paints, they are awesome high solids and dang good paint. and rolled some
with 6 in foam roller too. and also rolled lots of primer as well. if the budget is tight, or you dont care so much how it looks from 15 feet
it is something to consider.

If its a vehicle you dont care to actually repaint in the future or for a car worth something. I had really great results with tractor supplies majic brand aerosol paint. Its there farm and implement paint.

Thanks, the bodywork isnt perfect it has waves. I put partial door skins on the bottom half of all 4 doors, and rockers front to back. Common problem on these darn vans. It is a 2007 with just over 98,000 miles runs like a top. I threw around the thought of painting it the exact factory color, however thw cost vs. Longevity in north central pa. I discused it with the wife and we plan on getting 4 more years outta it before getting another newer van. The paint should resist rust... atleast i hope, especially with all new sheet metal.

Thanks, prep is key of course but if your on a budget and willing it will turn out ok. Like i said im no body guy its does have waves in it. But for a couple mores years till we buy another newer van it would be dumb to not put a few bucks in it, especially like i said the rust belt i live in, It is just a shame what it doea to a vehicle, the undercarriage is fine, however everyone of these vans that i see around here have rusted out rockers and door bottoms. She runs to good to just give up just yet.
