Hi Benny, yes a know value if I new your MAX RPM ? (8000 ?)
My PMG Alternator should be finished (proto) in thirty days, with "beta" units is sixty days.
That is a 12K Max RPM Armature with embedded magnets. (N-52)
The CAD will be done by Casey Wegner, a team member.

Well the engine/trans are finally in. Having a slight issue with the TSP 2" headers. The passenger side is resting against the frame so going to try and pry it out some. I was also having a bad time trying to get the steering shaft lined up and back on. I'm going to start on it again and see how things go tomorrow. Anyway, here are some pics

On the passanger side header mine contacted the frame also. If its the same spot as mine and your seeing it from the top it actually just a tab extending down from the frame. I just bent the tab over on a 45 and all was good. Glad to see your still working on her.

Figured out most of my issues with the header and tailshaft alignment. Loosened all motor mount hardware and ratchet strapped the tailshaft over to get everything aligned where I needed it and re-torqued all hardware. Everything is lined up pretty good now.

Sucks waiting for the little stuff. You know you have to wait on the big still like motor, tranny and rear but waiting for a couple days on that one fitting you didn't order is the worst. I'm sure I'm not the only one waiting to see this thing completed.

Valley Cover Button Head Bolts
If you put manifold on already then it can wait buy these and put in tool box when manifold is off next time. I find that the stainless steel button heads the alan key part can strip when tq is applied. I went to hardware store or Fastenal and got the grade 10.9 or 8.8 button heads they don't strip as easy.
