Yes, they have grade 8 bolts holding the centers in. Remove them and the barrels can be powder coated.
As far as 5/8 studs, this is from the manufacturers specs....
Lug Nut Seat Style: Shank
Lug Nut Shank Diameter (in.): 0.679-0.687
Lug Nut Shank Length (in.): 0.490-0.550
If that is not enough, there is enough meat on these that you can overbore the holes and use larger lug shanks.
