TTT... Im not sure where those codes are on the slave but it is the only slave listed for 98-02 fbodys on the TX Speed website.

 

found out through texas speed that it is the 28-15046288 slave.

 

My GM slave had the part number on it. I'm guessing you have the dorman unit BUT it is IDENTICAL. Both are manufactured through ap just stamped with a different brand name.
