Please note, this stuff was taken out of my blown T56 which is being rebuilt to viper spec with all new parts. Some of this stuff has slight wear which I have pictured. If you are interested in anything, PLEASE let me know what areas of the part you would like to see before buying. I have no problems taking more pics of specific things for you, but am selling this stuff as is out of a blown up T56. I will be as honest as possible with my limited transmission knowledge.

Just throwing this up for a feeler. I have a bunch of used transmission parts for a T56 out of a 2000 camaro that I do not need. Some parts have slight wear but are still usable. I will get pics up later today. Heres what I've got off the top of my head.

-Main shaft - SOLD

-Input shaft - SOLD

-1-4 counter shaft (good chip out of 1 of the gears-no noise while driving) - $40 shipped

-Misc gears and syncro parts. Will update as I make a list of what I actually have! Make offers.

 

I'm interested in the input shaft. Waiting on pics.

 

do you have the extension housing, ie tail housing?

Main shaft..the one area with minor damage is posted below in pic. Could easily be filed slightly to correct it.




Input shaft..The syncro engagement teeth are a bit rounded where the point was, and the face is slightly marred. I'm sure with a file and some time it could look great. My Tranny builder said he did not want to use it in a high HP application like mine, but it should be ok for stock or mildly built with some cleaning up.

 

3rd gear and 3-4 syncro..all parts appear to be in good shape





2nd gear & 1-2 synchro..Gear is in good shape, but syncro has some slight wear on engagement teeth points.





1st gear..pretty bad wear on back of gear. Something was rubbing pretty good. Not sure if this one is saveable but if you want it I'll let it go for next to nothing.

Input shaft sold and pending sale on main shaft and 2nd gear.

Somebody needs some cheap T56 parts. Just want this stuff to go to someone that could use it so I don't have to throw it away.

Main shaft and 2nd gear are sold. Still have a mint 3rd gear and syncro, and the 1-2 syncro which is in pretty good shape.

Do you have any of the shift rail parts left? I need the shift interlock that is shaped like a "C". It locks all of the fork arms together.
