Hooker makes a true dual set up for 4th Gen's that doesn't require any special suspension parts. They also make matching headers 1 3/4 and 1 7/8 primary.

OP to answer your question, it is possible BUT you might need to mix and match things which I'm sure you wouldnt want to do. A buddy of mine took the catted pipes from his y pipe and they fit his SE duals with zero modifications. To make it easy on yourself, maybe consider buying the cats separate and have them welded in.

I have TSP headers mated to Speed Engineering over the axle True Duals with Pacesetter (80-0018) cats and all O2 sensors ( just need extensions). I did everything on the floor of my garage with jack stands, ramps and floor jack. Took my car in to get the cats welded in and will need to take it in again to weld my CME tips back in. (I was thinking about swapping mufflers, otherwise the CME would be on)
There is a “Speed Engineering True Dual Kit” thread on here that I would recommend reading, especially if ur car is lowered. Do some research, some good info to be had.
