Default What is this extra ground for???

Hey guys, I'm at the end of my build and I'm stumped. My car was trying to start when I hooked up my battery, with the key off. So I removed the starter and checked out the wires. I took off this extra ground and I'm not sure where it goes??? Thanks guys.
Btw the car is a 98 z28 Camaro, with a 6.0 bored.30 over, with texas speed pistons, paired with a ms3 cam at 112 LSA, with .660 dual valve springs, ls6 intake, 243 heads, full bolt-ons, and dumped X-pipe at the rear end. Thanks for the help!

1:This is when the car would try and start with thee key off.
2: fixed this issue by removing thee ground
3: where does it go??

not sure what its for but i know thats the one up behind the alternator. the o2 sensor plug bolts on top of it. it goes engine block, ground, 02 sensor,, bolt. only issue is i think thats the front o2 sensor if im not mistaken so that needs to be plugged in.

From what I see it's possible that you have the positive cable touching the post that activates the solenoid. In simple words when the little post see's 12volts the starter will engage. So the big cable can't touch the little post lol. That was probably the original problem.
