Default Need help please Water/Meth injection, bolt on prochargered car

I have a 02 ws6 with the following mods:

P1sc1 on a 8 rib, with twin 4.5 intercoolers 10-11 psi,2 bar tune
vengeance Fast 92/nick Williams 92
1 7/8s long-tubes, 3" true duals
Br7ef plugs
racetronix hot wire and 255 pump, 72 lb injectors

My car runs great and I don't see any knock at WOT and afr stays pretty constant at 11.5. My motor has 70k miles on it and hasn't been opened, stock heads and cam and bottom end. I know I am on borrowed time as it is. So I have been looking into adding a small spray of 50/50 when in boost to keep my motor cooled down and healthy as long as I can. And maybe even growing with it in the future when fuel becomes a problem. I am considering a snow preformance stage 1 kit. Which leads me to a few questions if someone could help me answer please:

1. What would you recommend straight water? straight meth? 50/50?

2. Where should I mount the nozzle? I have the metal plenum with IAT on it. I saw someone mounted theirs in their throttle body. I have a mighty mouse catch can so I am not using the air inlet on my nick Williams throttle body. Or mount it somewhere on the plenum possibly so the IAT reads it? I am lost when it comes too this.

3. Will I need a retune? I am only wanting to cool off my motor in boost and keep my setup safer, not looking to mess with timing at this time.

I am currently looking at this kit: " AEM Electronics Water/Methanol Injection Pump and Jet Kits 30-3302 " and using my washer fluid tank.

1. Straight -20* windshield washer fluid is awesome. Cheap, available everywhere, works great. Its 30% meth, 70% water.
Always get the blue stuff. The purple usually has additives that can cause issues after a while with the meth kit.
Meth will do better for IATs, water does better for sheer detonation resistance.

2. Mount it before the IAT. That way you can use the IAT as a safety feature and pull timing when IATs get above 120* in case of an empty meth tank or failed pump.

3. Tune will depend. If you spray the IAT sensor with meth, it will add fuel because it thinks the air is more dense, and you can probably just get away without adjusting the tune at all because worst case, its just a little more on the safe side.
If its running too rich, spraying after the IAT might be the answer.

^Agree on all 3. I bought out my local parts store of the -20WWF for like $4 a gallon. What's your timing look like?

Can’t help with your meth question, but you stated you think you’re on borrowed time with your setup. I’ve had a p1sc on my stock unopened ls1 for 10 years on 10-11 psi, it’s never missed a beat, no meth/water injection. I just change oil regularly and spark plugs every few years. Just to give you piece of mind.....

I believe they look good; light brown. No specking indicating detonation. I have also read issues with meth/water in cold temps. Does meth/water cause problems in colder temps? When the air denser?

You talking sub-freezing? The -20 windshield washer fluid should still work find unless its crazy cold, in which case people dont usually make pulls lol.

Yeah I don't plan on driving it in winter or wot anything under 60 degrees outside. I just wasn't sure what they meant by that when they said causing problems in cold weather lol

You can get to the point of spark blowout spraying a ton of meth/water but not something you should have to worry about.

I had to take some fuel out up top with my snow
Meth / water set up . Depending on how much you spray , you will prob have to do the same
