I noticed the one in the middle is slightly different color than the others. This is from the passenger side. Every plug not pictured looks the same as the 2 outside ones. Do they look ok??

Plug gap appears to be way too big on the middle one. Probably why it’s a different color.

I didn’t even notice that. As for the others, do they look alright?

No. Ideally plugs should be a medium/light tan to a light grey, on the ground strap, and free of peppering. The insulator around the center electrode should be clean and white…ish.
What cylinder head?
How much total timing?
What compression?
Are you running an additive? Additives will cause that orange color I see.
Do you have access to HP tuners, if this is a fuel injected engine?
Lots of variables to digest, but answers will help figure this out.

I did run some octane booster. Heads are the stock 241s, not ported or anything. Car was tuned for 91 octane.I don’t know what the compression ratio is. The engine is stock other than the cam and headers. Has MLS head gaskets. Timing is 28-30 degrees at WOT. Idle seems to be 17 degrees. I do not currently have HPtuners, I have been looking at live data. Cam is a BTR stage 3 231/244. .630/.615 lift

Anything? Maybe too much timing? Do plugs look lean? Rich?

You can't read old crusty plugs. How many miles do those things have on them?

The only way to read a plug is to put a new set in with as little idle cruise time on them as possible. (talking like minutes here) Make a pass. Then shut the car off immediately, and pull them. Once you find your "hot" cyl. Just cycle new plugs in and out of that one cyl.

well… they only have 1200 miles on them.

They shouldn't even have 1 mile on them if you are attempting to "Read them".

i did the same thing as you today. pulled my plugs and they look like yours. but mine have a lot more miles on them. Trex cammed LS1 with 243 heads. TR6 plugs. im gonna replace mine and then do some reading. my ground straps are kinda white but the other parts are black like yours.

Just going to throw this out there - Reading plugs on an engine running pump gas isn't an exact science. Too many variables and additives in the fuel. Forcefed86 definitely gave the correct method for doing it, but unless you're running race fuel, it's not going to be as obvious.
