LS6 intake for sale

I have an LS6 intake # 12573572 for sale. It comes with the throttle cable bracket and fittings(not cracked) as seen in the pictures. $325 + shipping.

this would bolt right up to a 98ls1 with ls6 heads? just swap my throttle body over right?
