9'S With a stick!!!
Its all about a total set-up.
Its all about the clutch.
You need a slipper type if racing or for the street a organic that has lots of give.
With a hard hitting ceramic disc you take the chance of braking your tranny or rear-end if not you will blow the tires off.
Also, a good Drag slick with a large side wall will help (15" rim and 28" tall tire)

All adjustable clutches are not the same, though. Some you can drive around, dyno, and run on the drag strip with minimal changes and others you need to make radical changes between street and strip.
I can tell you that we didn't go under the car that day because we had no tools or jack but he knows how to tune those clutches.
If so OP just do a search on robZ and you will find allot of good info to help you reach your goals. He was in GMHTP with this car, very impressive ride!

I run 10.3 @ 134 with a 5 speed. However, my car is nothing like anyone has here. It is a turbo 3 liter V6 at 22psi on a 75mm turbo. Had I turned up the boost another 3 psi or aired the slicks down to 10psi instead of 15psi, or BOTH I could have gone 9's easy. But I spun a rod bearing...
Anyways, to me it doesn't seem like 9's out of an M6 should be that hard. What gear are you guys crossing the finish line in, 4th or 5th? I am curious to know because I plan on running a T56 with turbo Lq4 next year. My rear gear is 3.73:1 though with a 26" tire.

youre going to need more then a 26" tire with a 3.73 gear. unless you plan on trapping 125 mph or revving the ever loving **** out of it.
