with what i have now i will be real happy to cut a 10.99 boost only on the stock tires.
with the new hot parts, some alky injection, maybe a little race fuel, some sticky tires and a 100shot...... who knows

Parish, Hellbent, anybody?
I was just wondering...What sort of times should I expect?
My project is nearing completion...
Its 98 GMC Sonoma, ext cab body with rollcage (looks stock from outside)
twin turbocharged built LS1, intercooled, water/alc injection, 15 psi boost
Built 4L80-e w/AWD t-case (setup to be AWD)
3.42 gears
race weight around 3600lbs
coilover/4-link rear suspension
4 slicks (my racing tires, not my street tires)
lowered by 2 inches
I have managed to keep the rotating mass (wheels/tires, brakes) very light, and moved some of the weight further back...The engine has everything you can think of, so everything *should* be at optimal power output once tuned.
I know you (Parish) are making some serious power, but my setup should be about 1000lbs lighter than yours, with much lower drag/rotating mass. And I figured I would do at least as well, if not a little better than you and Hellbent.
I just want to break over into the 9's, and was wondering if it is probable/possible with this setup...engine has not been dynoed so I have no idea what power is at the flywheel...But I assume around 750? sound right? I have done all I can to make this as lightweight as possible, and cant realisticly get lighter (concidering I have a heavier eng/tras/a t-case, and a few more added parts).
Thanks

The eng is LS1 out of a 98 Camaro (mine that was crushed by a tree)...Engine is still at the shop right now being machined (piston rings went and scuffed cylinder walls)...And being built and then tuned, they are supposed to hook me up with 2 garret GT30R's (I believe, not quite sure what they will reccomend for what I am asking out of it)...After I finish running wires, brake lines, and such (I had to do a frame swap) the body and drivetrain will be complete, minus the front of course...I have gotten done with this extremely quick concidering I work on her from 6-11pm and on weekends and I had to have custom oilpan, eng mounts, and t-case adapter made/machined just for me.
Its fun...
I keep you all informed on the turbo's and on progress...Thanks for the estemate.
