Well, I had a horrible weekend for e.t. The second stage never fired right, and when it finally did, the bottle was empty. First setback of the year.

On a brighter note, I did a little chassis tuning and hammered out a 1.31 60ft with the 100 shot on the Harris plate. I'm happy about that one considering the low dollar suspension setup I have.

The cheap QA1's
Eibach Drag launch rear springs
Spohn T/A
Adjustable LCA's
Bag on the right side

Stock panhard, swaybar.

And that was on the footbrake

I went out for some shakedown passes as well on the 150 hit.

went 11.55@ 117 on motor then 10.30 at 131 on 150 hit

1.41 on bone stock suspension minus spohn drag bar. I need some QA1's bad.

+2000 Da and a 2-3 shifting problem. I should be close to 9.99 with this stock headed car soon.

we went 10.40 @ 130 1.55-1.6 60' (tight converter) in B-Mans car with a 125 hit. stock heads ported/polished and a small esp cam. 3700 pounds, dot tires ls6 intake stock suspention besides bmr tq arm, phr, lower control arms.

the car ran 10.4 its set up for a 300 hit, but B-Man doesnt want to hit it. im 100% sure i could get that car to run 9.4-9.5 like nothing for about $1,000 and never look back, but he wont let me, he is old and mostly out of racing. just waiting for that car to go up for sale

yea, it hasnt moved since last year. it sucks. but he is afraid to hurt somthing. i told him to let me just loosen the converter and keep the small shot in it and it would run bottom 10's easy and with a k-member/a-arms and some free light weight stuff im sure with the 125 i could put that car in the 9's. but oh well.
that car has eagle rods, stock crank diamond pistions stock heads

good luck with your car

Good to see someone making some progress with this. Seems like your car runs great. Once the air gets better we should both be running alot better.

You won't..................

At least there would be someone else trying for this damned thing. I might as well just build a 427 or 440 and hit that # with a tiny shot.

I'm on a little break from the track until the 20th. Hopefully by then I'll at least have both kits working again.

For some reason or another, I am waiting to run solid 9's before weighing it. I don't really have access to scales, and it's a pain to drive it out the main gate of the base to go to the truck stop. My best guess would be around 3100-3200. 10pt, 9" and TH350 don't help.

Yeah, I cut alot of stuff out last winter. About the only thing I wish I would have done was get all the extra wiring out while I had the dash removed. But I had to go into hustle mode b/c the cage took a little longer than expected.

I'll let you all know for sure this weekend but mine should be about 3100 with me in it.

I forgot to mention that the 10.00 @ 139 that I ran earlier this year was on stock heads, the night before the race I melted a plug on the dyno and a piece hurt the valve. It did make 711rwhp on that run though, on the DP only.
With both stages I should be around 800-830rwhp, at 3100lbs I should get somewhere close to bottom 9's I would think.

my car was 703 rwhp with 300 shot 3700 pounds and went 1.3x 60' and went the 9.40 @ 142, and i did it about 10 times with the 300 shot befor the season ended

i ball park mycar to make 650 on motor right now and 750-770 on the 100 shot and im 3300+ pounds and run 9.0-9.1 you should run better then 9.4 for sure if she is working correct. dyno isnt anything if she dont go down the track, but if your numbers are on, you got a good shot at some good times
