Issues unfortunately :(
most likely have just a solenoid on the starter, try tapping that with a hammer. If there's a remote or slave solenoid, depending how the car is wired, give that a tap with the hammer. But don't tap across the studs with the wires on it, hit the body of it, to unstick it.

remote starter solenoid looks something like this if you have one, would be on the fenderwell near the battery, follow the large cable from battery + post to it.

thats easy haha, if it fixes it i take it i need a new starter? or is it good to go after that? Now take an old starter apart and look at how it works, the solenoid pushes the gear out and connects battery power to the starter motor.
If you put power to a starter on the bench, and pull the gear out with a screwdriver (instead of letting the solenoid push it out) it will power itself as soon as the disc in the solenoid makes the connection between the two terminals.
Instead of beating **** with a hammer, I suggest hand turning the engine 1/4 to 1/2 turn clockwise to unmesh the gears.
Do you want to hear do this do that, it'll fix it? Beat the **** out of it. Or would you rather hear why it's doing what it's doing?
Any monkey with a toolbox can replace **** until it starts working. If you know how stuff works, you can solve problems the smart way.
Figure out who you want to be and do what you want.
