Didn't know where to post this. Figured it is a big block Chevrolet engine I would put it here.
have been reading here a while and learned alot. My LQ9-based Silverado will hold it's own on the street.
I have a side project I am working on, thought I would share. The car started as a 1994 Camaro V6 car, no options, drum rears, nothing special. Got a donor engine from a Chevrolet truck with a 6.5L turbo diesel/4L80E drivetrain. just about near completion. Test drive within a month.
Flame suit on!

Why don't you just finish the slaughter of your camaro right and throw a transfer case on a front drive axle, jack it up about 2 ft, and throw some 44 super swampers on it.
J/K it should be pretty quick, as well as nose heavy(probably less than a BBC) and just plain noisy. I'm curious about fuel mileage though.

Finishing up the charge pipe for the rear mount turbo today. I will pressure test it for leaks.
The entire car was built with my hands. !HVAC, !ABS, !weight, battery relocation, rear turbo, etc should put the car close to 60/40 weight distribution or better.
