thread ressurection, anyone heard or seen of a caddy 472/500 stuffed in a fbody? seems like it may be a little easier with the distributor up front, and being a little shorter lenghtwise then a bbc

Idk about that but I'm in the process of a BBC swap in a 94 a long ways to go still but if I don't go megasquirt (efi/coils) I was thinking of a jessel front drive distributor

in the caddy the distributor is up front so its a bonus and has a really low profile intake, stock anyway, top of carb is level with valve covers. motor mounts are up front. im thinking it could be done. i would just run a carb. headers would be the major bitch of this deal.

Hi Jelly257 i'm currently doing the same as you did with the stock crossmember but i have not idea what type of headers i'm going to use.
I would really appricate your value information
