Vortec heads/ 350 block runs funny. What chip?

Vortec heads/ 350 block runs funny. What chip? I swapped out the stock heads and put vortec heads on them also a high rise intake and headers. My truck kinda Boggs down at first now. I heard I need to change out the chip to but does anyone know witch chip I need? Should I make a custom one? N
