I have a 1984 454 out of a motor home now in a '92 silverado dually, it has the peanut port heads. 210 is about right for factory rated hp but torque was in the high 300's to low 400's.
I had an engine with large oval port heads in the same truck and it had more power and would pull to a higher rpm. (this was with the same exact cam, compression, and tbi set up as the peanut port engine).
If you have large oval ports it's not hard to get close to 500 hp with more compression and a bigger cam. You can even see 500 hp with peanut ports if you port them out right.
