without knowing cam specs, compression, intake, etc., what car is being used in, what trans and gearing or what you will be using it for I'd be ballparking this.

I've run a 750 vac. secondary Holley on my 72 Chevelle (vs. a double pumper for the weight of the car and the times I was turning at that point, mid 13s), and my Nova had a 650 Holley double pumper that got it from high 12s all the way to mid 11s without a bunch of mods. Currently using a 750 Holley HP double pumper, and it was a tenth faster out-of-the-box over my 650, but without a choke it might be considered not as street friendly to some.

End result - more information is needed to make a clear choice.

Derek

Well, a 650 vac secondary, if you are looking for more a 750. I use a 750 vac sec and a 750 pro form mech sec for racing.

I have a Holley 700 double pump in stock for a great price, shown above. The 700 is a great all around carb for many applications. Bob

.

Really need specs & application, as said. IIRC I used a 700 dp & a 780 vac on my last 350. Just depends on how wild or mild.

With a 350ci a Holley 750 4150 series is what I ran for 2 years on my DD and it has great performance I ran mid 12s all day on motor and 11.26 with a 150shot not bad for a vortec motor. There is a formula that help to come up with the cfm but its just a guide.

Same here, have a BG 850 that flows 1.040 CFM! When I buld the car up more and have the need for a larger carb I am sure I will go Deamon.
