I heard the vette was saying he got off the gas. Now tell me this from the big side looks like the two cars were neck and neck. The primed car made a little move towards the vette but not close enough for him to get out of it. We heard the vette get on the gun and sounded like the Primed monster got on it middle ways. Sounds like to me the Vette was covered on the motor. They called this guy BIRD well he sure spread his wings on the so called fast a@# Vette. That primed car came on a trailer but he drove to the race, raced, and drove back to the parking lot and left his car running. I tell it like I see it!!!! Those were two street cars one just has no mufflers.

Well, from where I was looked to me like the primed out car left on the vette by about a car, then got on the spray about at the 330' mark. Then the vette ran up on him real quick and put a car on him by half track. Then out of nowhere the primed car flew pas the vette. Everyone at the end said they saw the vette get off it and come thru the 1/4 at about 90mph, so he obviously was off the gas. Then the vette came to Pep Boys saying he had a Mechanical failure & wanted to do it again for $500. BIRD & his crew said NO and loaded the car back on the trailer.

I dont know the dude with the vette & never seen the car before, but looks to me like he had BIRD beat until something went wrong with his car.

But hey, thats racing. The faster car doesnt always win.

It was a old 70's Chavelle or somethin' like that. The vette was a 94 or 95 red Ken & Barbie edition.

They were going to do it again yesterday but the ground was too damp.

Someting gonna shake tonite but we dont know who yet. Yall know the time & place.
