aight i havent heaqrd anything much about this lately, it seems like things have fallen apart and it may not be what it has in years past? we have a big group commin from spartanburg hopefully.....but we want to know about the events. the track thing still on? thursday thing still on? we need to know exactly what is going on so we can decide when to come, or if we are even commin at all. please update this ASAP, gotta book a hotel!

well many of us are comming because this is always a deal where there are big events and stuff to occupy time. if its just gonna be people sitting around idk if we'll make it. yea thats fun, but its a 4 hour ride!!!!! it usually seems to be a little more definate about whats going on than this year, which is understandable since people are graciously volunteering to take this on themselves. i just dont want to drive 4 hours and have a pissed girlfriend because shes looking forward to the events just like i am!
and plus...if there are events planned, we prob wont stay on the beach since we will be occupied. if there ISNT much planned, we will want to get somewhere oceanfront since we'll have a lot of free time. if anyone can give a definate yes or not on the track events, that would be great!

I fell ya on that, I have a 6 hr drive. I want to come down just to get away for a while. I think it will be worth the trip. Lots of people have said they are coming. It looks as if it will be the biggest turnout yet.

id say we stick with the orignal meeting places and times and just show up at those places and at the same times so that everyone knows where to go and what time hows that sound to everyone else.

Hey guys, just saw this thread. Yes, things this year are unorganized. There are no "official" events. Our local 1/8th track has opened and I really want to do another big meet and blvd cruise like last year. Here was the unofficial list of things to do.

So what is the plan for Saturday? Two years ago we went to Burky's for the car show and it was a good time.
It is or would be good to have a meeting place we have roughly 20-25 people coming. If we are all just going to the beach then we can save four hours of driving and go to the one ten minutes away.
We don't need 25 F-bodies rumbling around the beach with no where to go but the beach.
