It's too hot. No real point in running unless it's for $.

Us locals don't go out there during the middle of the summer heat very often.

I probably won't show out there until late September myself...

I'm with you on the heat, 1st time i've been to the track all summer other than 1 other time. I don't make it that way often and i knew the track would be hooking cuz the big race Saturday, so i said screw it; mine as well.

Got the nitrous running like I told you I would, and the car loves it. Just need to pick up a set of sticky tires now, probably will by Sept. Money is tight right this second.

Looking at either the M&H ROD18 ( 275/55/16 ) -or-
MT3794R ( 295/50/16 ) I need some taller tires, the car hits the limiter at around the 1000' mark.

If you find some used around the end of August or early September, shoot me a PM. My cash flow will be down until then. Wife and I are going on a cruise. First vacation in 2 years.

Hey now, we *scraped* up the cash to get this vacation. It's our first in two years, thanks to our defunct economy.

I fully intend to sit my *** in a deck chair, drinking a rum and coke, and ogling the hot Eastern European girls that are on the cruise ship staff. I've earned it.
