Syko, from what I've been reading it seems you'll have to go to Memphis for a dyno and tune. I've heard good talk about Dynospeed although it seems it's more of a Mustang shop. Apparently they show us LSx guys some love too! Haha You still gotta come out to my place on if these days and meet my small crew.

Launching!
iTrader: (15)
We should go Friday. I went to Beech Bend in BG last weekend, I need some direction on launching mine. This was my first manual RWD car and first time at the track, my 60 and 1/4 are garbage but trap speed was alright so obviously it's the driver. I think I still have your number Carlisle, I dont have the pewter guy's one. I'll pm it though. Hopefully it doesn't rain!

Edit: I'm getting electric cutouts in October to solve the restriction issue though btw, but I still need to get my launch down.

I will prob go out to the track tonight.
My LT1 Firebird was a 6 speed and I loved that car. The previous owner ran a 13.3 in that car with a catback and nitto d.r.'s. It ran good. Yeah driving the auto is pretty easy. I am not sure if I like it or not yet. Once you get the tire pressure and the stall figured out, its cake.
This car likes to go off idle. I cut a 1.7 60ft from idle in my first run in the car on BFG drag radials with 42 psi in them. Tried to foot brake it at 2500 rpm and it spun 100 ft or so. I didn't let off either lol. So that didn't help.

My bad guys, I laid down to get some rest around 9, fully dressed, and fell asleep and slept right through my alarm I had set. Woke up at about 1am cussing up a storm haha.

Yeah we were wondering where you were! We stayed for about an hour or so and left. Not a bad little 1/8 mile strip! Especially for the cost to enter and run! Less than half the cost of my local strip Mason Dixon.
