Taking the 86 to the dyno Saturday. What kinda numbers y'all think it's going to put down?! Now this is a 5.0 I'm talking about, not some pansy *** L something another 1!

It's got some ported E7's, an Explorer intake, and a 243/249 @ .050 653/661 lift with 110 lobe separation, running straight headers. At the track it's spins the rim inside the tire!

So what do you GM turkeys think?

Running open headers is just like running NOS for a foxbody so Im gonna say 345hp/325tq. Foxbody 5.0s love open headers like a hooker loves meth.

My guess would be twin 255's with some SVO 60 pounders.

That was what I was thinking. I've got to get some 60# injectors so I can port the intake and install my pulleys and Tornado!!! MOAR POWER!!!

I would look at Glenns performance. He makes fuel systems using dual and triple walbro 255 pumps. Also maybe look into an Aeromotive, that's what I am running.

My hp assumption was based on you already having installed said tornado. You may get a few extra ponies if you put some seafoam or lucas into the gas tank.

Heart breaking...I was hoping the tornado and muffler bearings would get me into the 400's.

I think he would get optimum valvetrain performance if he performed a camshaft delete.
