Always gots projects! They don't stop over here. Just put 4.8 flat tops pistons and a 220r cam in my 5.3 going into my C10. Still Gathering parts for that swap.

About to start learning body work on my 92 Camaro when it gets cold and I can't drive it anymore.

Well I just got back in a Firehawk, 02 with 50k miles. Quick mod list is delete emissions crap, better shifter, tune, I think the rear end is slightly noisy,.... Could be the tires tho this thing sat in a garage a lot. Future procharger candidate

Yeah it's in real good shape. Has a small cam in it. Sounds good but all stock besides ARH headers and cam. I'd like to see a streetable ~450ish..... Might change the heads if I don't procharge it. I figured if I'm gonna force it it don't have to flow great?

Hey Gearhead, been watchin your vids on squirter...I got about the same situation in an L92, and I'm gonna do the same for now. I figure if it will do alright for a while and after I get it swapped I can address it later when funds allow...I was sick when I found it, going in my 69 camaro.

Ah man Sorry to hear that! Sounds like a good plan though. That's what it'd do.I hope it's not as bad add the Squirter is though. I got lucky and was friends with the guy that sold it to me. He gave me my money back on the motor and told me to dispose of the engine.

The Squirter has been running real good and I beat the mess out of it daily. I take it past 6k rpm daily. It burns a lil oil on #2 cylinder where it had the most rust, but its not real noticable.

Good luck on your '69 build man! My best friend in Texas is building a 68 with a LQ9 That I made a video of. Ill have to post that up for you.

Got the Avy lifted. 6" on 35s, three 10" RE Subs built into the mid gate,... few other things and it still runs 12s........in the 1/16th, not enough gas to make it down the 1/8th

Hey Tommy, here's my good friend's build back in my home town in Texas. I shot this video whil I was home. He's since added a turbo and is close to drining it.

later this week I'll be uploading a video the rusty 5.3 Squirter from when we tore the top end down. It was nasty. But great video up close to the engine and good lighting.

Man I want to hit that one in the first link up real bad, but I've got a planned gear head meet up that same day. Unless for some crazy reason it ends early, I doubt I'll make it. I'll be hunting for another track day though for sure. I want to run the Squirter down the strip to see what it'll do before winter comes.

I couldn't open the other two links yet, my internet is acting up.

Awwww come on now I just bought a TA!!

May be interested in a rear end for this car. It's a little noisy I think...... Maybe launched too hard? Could be the tires but I doubt it. Any rear ends in the north Alabama area? Would like something in a 4:10 too.
