Anyone from the Jackson, Tn area? As the title states. Me and another member (Swait34) are looking for fbodies in this area. Basically we get together to work on car projects, go to the strip, and simply roll together in town. Pm me if youre close and would like to meet up.

I live in dyersburg about 45 mins from jackson. Theres a couple of fbodys and a buddy from work has a new 5.0 with a few bolt ons. It should get a little better once its warms up. A few guys around here are still working on theres. What exactly are you guys looking to do?

We get together a day each week and knock out projects on eachother's vehicles. Each club member is numbered by join date and we go in turn with the projects. A member needs to have the supplies for their project and be present. If supplies aren't brought or not ready to start, they get bumped the turn. If all else fails, my Trans Am has a LOT of work needed and I teach how to do some of the mechanical and body work and paint. No dues to be paid, we just ask that you show up regularly and help with projects. I have yet to get our subtle window decal made, so there'll be that cost eventually. We meet at my house and work in the yard or driveway or carport and I have a small paintbooth in my finished shed with a good set of tools. We drink a little beer and shoot the bull (and the bushes) while waiting for paint to dry or if the work is slow. We'll head out to the dragway when the weather's nice to make some passes and hangout there. Bring your friends by, anything RWD with a V8 is Welcome!

Yea we all would like to get together one day. Not much going on in dburg but it would have to be a weekend thing for most of us. The way I work with kids dont allow me to get to do a whole lot thru the week. Maybe a few of us and ride that away one weekend and meet up and go to the track.

I'd be interested, but I'm riding to Houston this coming weekend for TX2K11.
You may want to consider riding over to Memphis one weekend. The scene is starting to pick back up.

Ya'll should join my forum and ride over this way when we have get togethers. We get together over in the Memphis area every now and then. Probably happen a lot more after MMP opens back up!!!
