Lots of guys have moved on to other platforms as far as I know. It really seemed to pitter out after several accidents as well as that bad fatality on Ambassador.

Plenty of Lethal Racing sticker'd cars running around though,

Didn't realize how many F-bodies we have here in Lafayette. I really don't seem to see many on the streets around here. Been trolling around LS1tech looking at some of the swaps out there. Some of these guys are nuts but in a good way. Just figured I would drop a line to the locals on here.

About to start up a Datsun 280Z LS swap when I actually have a bit of time off of work. It has been too long since I have had a project to work on. Ever since I sold my turbo charged RSX have been having the urge to build a proper track car. I think I will just keep it super charged though this time, that last turbo setup I had even though it made great power always broke too many things. I think a mid 500hp number would be plenty for me this time around.

Yeah, may do that but its kinda hard to go backwards in HP some times, lol. I haven't had an NA car in awhile. I guess after building the last turbo car I had I became a bit of a boost junky. I know later down the line I am going to want to turbo this car too after I get bored with it. This one I am building with my buddy though instead of being just mine so I have to go along with what he wants as well. Hopefully it will keep me inline from doing something over the top again because my old lady would probably kill me if I had another $40k worth of parts being sent to the house without giving her the pool she has been asking me for, lol.

Not really local, but I am up in Leesville. I make the occasional trip to LC to run and had my car tuned down there in Laffy at Lethal.

Hey guys, been in Lafayette since last year but just brought my WS6 down last month. Recommendations on tuners in the area? LMR in Houston did most of the on it work a couple of years ago, but the idle has been surging on me and tries to die. Would be good to meet some of you around here. Between being offshore every two weeks, and being with the family when I am home, its tough to get out and about.

Lel works mainly on LS cars. not sure why they don't have it listed on their page. check out their FB page at lethal racing.
