My chevelle was stolen, please help me find her!!! Mooresville north carolina
On April 2nd around 5am my 72 Chevelle was stolen from the Langtree Apartment Complex in Mooresville NC. The vehicle is bright orange with white strips and has a 454 engine. It has a white interior. The rear fuel tank in the vehicle is sumped and I have a Bosch fuel pump mounted to the passenger side fender well. There are torque thrust wheels on it and I have a set of Galaxy R1 white letter tires. The pictures attached were taken last fall and show different tires and a New York License plate. The vehicle has a North Carolina plate. When it was stolen I had a vintage 1972 plate on the back I was using for local car shows. That plate number is FJ-3031 and it is white and says 19 72 on the bottom. I am offering a cash reward of $1000 for any information that leads to the safe recovery of this vehicle. This is a car my father and I built and have owned for the past 7 years. Below is a list of the unique features it has. Please keep an eye out on here and other media sites for parts that look similar to the pictures of the car as the police believe the car was stolen to be parted out.

FWIW - in 2017 my 99T/A was stolen. My fiance put the information on Facebook and with in ~36 hours the car was spotted by a friend of a friend. The police arrived recovered the car and arrested the thief.
Suggest getting the word out all over all social media etc.

That sucks.. I'm clear out in Oregon ,, Most of the generic stolen vehicles, Trucks end up at border in S California.
A ton of cars go in to containers and end up other countries...
Those MF'n night owls! I've spent sleepless nights watching my cars from the second floor of an apartment building trying to catch the SOB's stealing parts of my cars. We moved out to the country to get away from all of that but it's getting to be much like that here now and as the population grows so does the need for roads and housing and with that comes an increased chance of crime. I hope you get your car back.
I bet it was the same bastards that stole that Trans am from Twin peaks a few years ago. Fukn sad. I'm in Randolph county and Moore a lot. i will keep a eye out but i bet those guys got her.
Isn't the big Auto Fair car show this weekend in at the Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend April 7 to April 9th? I'd print so flyers to hand out and make the rounds with all of the car clubs for sure.

In Indiana now days definitely miss Charlotte.
Myself and my family have been there on and off the last 3 days... nothing. Not a single sign of the car or parts of it.
When I looked up the year make and model I seen an Ebay listing showing the exact same picture as the second photograph but now when I look at the link the picture is no longer there.

Yes, I posted that. I posted the car as stolen on ebay so they couldn't try and unload it there. Car is still gone day 14....
